Forms (contact, joining the team, open call)
We collect the information you enter (name, email address, optional phone number, message and details of your proposal) in order to reply to you and process your request. These messages are sent to the festival’s email address and stored in the website’s administration area. They are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we record your email address, your first name (optional), the language of the site and the dates of subscription, confirmation and unsubscription. Your subscription is only active once you click the confirmation link sent by email (double opt-in). Unconfirmed subscriptions are deleted after 30 days. Each letter contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies
The site uses a technical cookie, filaa_lang, to remember your language choice (valid for one year). Your browser may also store whether you have closed the announcement banner (local storage, no transmission to third parties). The theme does not use any advertising or audience-tracking cookies.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts: the site’s typeface is loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when the page is displayed.
- YouTube / Vimeo: videos in the media library are only loaded after you click them; the platform then processes data according to its own policy.
- Email: messages sent to the festival are received in a mailbox hosted by an email provider (Gmail).
- Hosting: the website’s data is stored by our web host.
